How can I refer my Seller leads that I'm not interested in to another investor within our lead-sharing network?

To refer a Seller lead to another investor within our network, go to your Seller Follow-up Log and click on the name of the person whose lead you want to refer. This will open the Seller Questionnaire. Halfway down the page, under the "Property Information" header you will see a link that says "Refer this Lead to a Friend". Click this link and you will be taken to the referral page where you can choose who you would like to refer the lead to. If the list of investors is blank because we have no network members in that state, or if you don?t know who to refer the lead to, simply choose "Dustin Griffin at WeBuyHouses.net" and we'll do our best to refer the lead for you. | |
